No time to waste let's get right into the warrior mindset training! Now I'd like to say this, no one is exactly alike so some things in here will not work for you, but some might and some will it depends on who you are as a unique human being.

Haci: Yeah be a flame that burns through all opposition, a wave that soaks everything in it's essence, be rock hard to all hardships, and be a breeze that blows wherever you desire!

Huh, Haci what are you doing here?

Haci: Helping with your motivational/ self help talk man what else!

 Fine just be helpful alright!

First off I always love to talk about what happened to me on the road to being a warrior both physically, mentally, and spiritually. I was naturally strong for my age but I kept running into others that got on my nerves and were stronger, smarter, and more instinctual than me by a good margin so wanting to be better then them while getting some great gains myself I started my warrior training to become the most powerful man alive!

First I started out doing basic training think Saitama from One punch man, I started out with basic bodyweight training on my phone then I gradually changed the scheme of the sessions to match my free-flow attitude including parkour basics, shadow-boxing, sparring, breakdanceing, etc. I started changing my diet first off due to all the horrible stuff in the American "food" now-a-days: www.theodysseyonline.com/the-a… www.holisticwithhumor.com/what… www.eatthis.com/11-secrets-foo….   I even studied more about religion ( Many types) and found out it was nothing but a bunch of conformity, hypocrisy, and depowering dogma so I dropped it in favor of my own philosophy on life as a whole, anyway, I was met with resistance from people mainly people at my school or my family (who are always going to be your hardest critics) but I stayed true to myself and my life took a complete 180!

Over 3 years later I still find it hard to believe I got this far in my warrior training it's almost like I'm a completely different being than back then more confident, more skilled, and much stronger in every since of the word! Now for the following advice; which again is going to be for some not everyone will be broken into parts first will be the spirit:

" It's never to late to be who you could have been"-George Eliot " Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom-Ariostolte"    Let's talk Spirt

    First off I'd like to say this I will not be telling you to join a cult, conform to a rigid form of thinking, or tell you what to do in general all I can do is tell you what worked for me I hope you can find a link to help you on your path to greatness.  A lot of what I will say s pretty much summed up in this quote from Budda;

" Believe noting no matter where you have read it, not even if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reasons and your own common sense" - Budda

   Haci:
Basically whatever you believe to be true or desire will happen if you will it enough, even something like a passing thought with enough intention is capable of the same results, basically I'm talking about the law of attraction, you get what you put out this video here can help you better grasp the concept.

But above all else you have to get to know yourself as a living being know your deepest fears, hopes, ambitions, the quirks in your personality, everything if you understand yourself on a deeper level then it's easier to progress with your training or lifestyle because you know what matters to you on an individual level.

Haci: Also if you wondering why most of our advice is not no long read this " Freddrich Nitechthe- It is my intention to say in 10 sentences what can be written in a whole book"

Mind Time:

Haci: One of the main things that holds back anyone's mind is fear whether it's engraved from an early age which does not prevent death it prevents life, I mean think about it what difference does it make to fear being killed...... nothing if you have no way to defend yourself. Where as if you were calm and thinking clearer you might have had a way to survive.

Pretty much what Haci said, besides that your mind is immense it holds everything you have every experienced, learned, and more importantly your true power as a living conduit of endless abundance otherwise known as the subconscious mind where most of ourself is we mostly do things with this part below the surface instead of the conscious one. In fact imagine an Iceberg above the surface of the water now only 2/10 of the ice berg is above the water the rest is below the surface!

I'd tell you about the subconscious brain myself but that would ruin the fun of finding it yourself, like I say " You value something more when done on your own"- Ladger adger

Haci: But while he won't do it I will give you something "Ask and it shall be given, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be open unto you" Philippines 13:14 It perfectly matches what reality will do for a man, woman, hermpadite, whatever who takes a hold of their own mind to do what they please in life. Just remember this quote as well:

Haci: Remember to at the same time be aware of the company you keep you become who you associate with: www.psychologytoday.com/collec…

Haci: Also this is useful to further grasp the concept stevenredhead.com/mindgames/in…

Now onto the finally The physical body!  Also I have forgotten who sad this quote but here "Exercise is not about weightloss it's about getting stronger"

If I may say the physical aspect of warrior training is the most appealing to me, because I love the sensation of throwing a punch or preforming a breakdance move it all just feels right probably because I'm an Ares, but either way there are a lot of misconceptions of physical training I'd like to clear up.

Haci: By I you mean me right , or course you do, first off  there are very different types of physical training for everyone to go through because again everyone has different goals and physicality best explained here for boys and girls ( You can have a mixture of them): www.coachmag.co.uk/lifestyle/4… shopyourshape.com/body-shapes/

Plus remember that fitness is not endlessly lifting weights, strict diet, or endless cardio it's a simple combination of a healthy diet, intense-moderate fitness training, and the will to keep going find what pushes you to train harder then yesterday, the most muscle does not mean the most fit as there are several other physical stats to consider: healthfully.com/11-components-… athletics.wikia.com/wiki/Compo….    Try to include all these into your training especially if your doing a martial art that requires extreme fitness to do like Kickboxing, Hema, bareknucleboxing, Kung fu, Capoeira, mauy thai, wrestling, and many others.

Knowing how to defend you body is the pinnacle of physical training what good is lifting weights in a gym when you have no idea how to apply your strength to lift up a fallen friend because your body is use to being in a prone position. Or how you train in a martial art that has no full contact in a real fight ya get your fanny knocked out, killed, raped whatever comes first.

Haci: But I'm not stupid I know not everyone has badass skills in fighting with physicality so how about martial arts that are based mostly on the usage of using that against someone else like: Aikido: considered a grappling art, aikido is a Japanese martial art performed by flowing with the motion of the attacker rather than opposing it straight-on. This requires much less physical strength, as the practitioner directs the attacker’s momentum with entering and turning motions, followed by various throws or joint locks.

Hapkido: a Korean martial art which uses joint locks, kicks, punches, and other striking attacks. Weapons such as sword, nunchaku, rope, cane, and staff are also used, although their emphasis varies. Hapkido focuses on using circular motions, non-resisting movements, and control of the opponent, using footwork and body positioning to gain leverage and avoid strength against strength. Although aikido and hapkido are thought to share a common history, they differ significantly in philosophy, range of responses, and execution of techniques.

Jeet Kune Do is known by many due to its famous founder, Bruce Lee. Bruce Lee examined numerous martial arts over the years and found them too fixed or too rigid in structure and application. He concluded that martial arts should be spontaneous and always free-flowing to enable a person to react to a spontaneous situation. The underlying principle that he developed was to intercept an attacker’s move before it was completed, thus ending the conflict quickly with simple and direct means. There are no set movements or techniques in Jeet Kune Do that need to be followed, but rather a variety of “tools” to use in different situations. Kicking, punching, trapping, grappling and locking can be used to neutralize your attacker’s initial aggressive movement.
This style of martial art is ideal for those people that want a more freestyle type of self-defense system. A gi (martial arts uniform) is not used and a more casual approach to discipline and structure is not enforced, though respect to the art should always be given. A belt or ranking system is not emphasized, although some schools do use it for motivational purposes and/or for categorizing students based on progress. Jeet Kune Do is a hands on approach to self-defense.
Jeet Kune Do will be beneficial to both men and women for self-defense purposes. Physical contact occurs during training and a moderate level of physical ability is required to perform the variety of moves needed to stop an assailant’s initial attack. Teens or children may not be suited for Jeet Kune Do because of its “difficult to explain to kids” philosophy and self-defense principles. Also, children tend to enjoy and depend upon ranking and belt systems to illustrate their progress and growth with their chosen martial art style.

Plus I ( Gets slapped up side the head by Haci) Okay we highly recommend these  youtube martial arts  channels: www.youtube.com/user/138mws     www.youtube.com/user/FightTips…     www.youtube.com/channel/UCsBbd…

There are tons of martial arts that can work for just about anyone check here: www.thoughtco.com/best-type-of… but above all remember this about the martial arts:
