Heroes of legend!: The brawl Pt.2

  Red hood: If you read part 1 then we have no need for a recap, I trust our readers have better memory then that!

 Fateful: So without further ado, let's ride! ( Oh and here's part three:

 Fateful: I trust my readers have seen the first 2 parts of this brawl series so we won't recap anything, but we'll say this.
 Aladdin: Also this may or may not be the last part to this brawl, if it is the last one then we'll put the words: last round, in the brawl before the final confrontation, so without further aduo let's resume!

    It appears Link's prediction was accurate as a giant armored kraken rivaling him in size raised from the seas depths entangling the hero's weapons in it's many arms while pushing him down into the sea hoping to drown the Elven knight, and if Link actually needed to breath then that would indeed be a problem.
    To bad for the creature Link didn't have such a weakness so he fought for control with him, all the while Gil peppered the Hyrulian with high heat lasers scorching the young man in the most visible parts of his body; mostly the face, while the Kraken )

    


    After getting over his feelings of euphoria Gilgamesh pulled out another treasure from the Gates this time a sword that matched his previous spears in power sending it rocketing towards the mountain Link as traveling down but the Hyrulian saw it coming so he simply sped up his bike faster launching off the final cliff before...

BOOOOOM!

    The explosion totaled the mountain top entirely but missed the Elvan knight by a mile as he successfully cleared the blast with little difficulty his spring suspicion motorbike landed safely on the ground just half a mile from Gilgamesh's own, said King of heroes was actually glad the boy survived that, since the real fun started now!

    With the King of heroes in his sights Link leaned over angling himself to drift towards the demi-god while also riding forwards, seeing this Gilgamesh opened the Gates again sending out a multitude of lower weaponry at the hero who pulled out his bow to counter with bombs on the arrow tips.

    Letting loose a hail of arrows so fast it would put a rail gun to shame the Hyrulian in just a few shots easily matched the Gates of Babylon's firing rate decimating all the weapons sent at him as if they were nothing, then he switched targets to Gilgamesh who with great skill along with the arrows upgrade managed to dodge and weave around them with a shit eating grin the whole while.

    There were few things in life that ticked Link off but this guy was easily becoming one of them, annoyed slightly Link put up his bow and arrow then got out a....... flute?

    Gilgamesh looked at the Elf as if he were insane as the hero of time played a soft melody on his flute while the two approached a dense forest which was perfect for what Link planned next, as they entered the thicket the two only saw speeding glimpse of the other until Link disappeared from Gil's sight! 

    Instead of freaking out though Gil calmly activated his Auto-defense disks letting the plate like objects float into the sky above him just as they finished aligning Link appeared right next to Gilgamesh swinging his sword at the king's neck only for his new defensive tech to fire lightning at the sword causing the blade to miss by a hair!

    Then lightning went for the same place multiple times trying to stop Link who simply raised his sword to absorb all the electric energy storing it up for a devastating counter but was interrupted by Gilgamesh pulling out Durandal and bringing it down on him which Link casually dodged by leaning back.

    Link then came back with a backhanded chop to Gil's stomach cutting slightly into the armor the demi-god wore raising the concern of Gilgamesh.

    " Your good boy, but let's see you handle this," the King of heroes smiled as he launched all the disk to the right side of Link bombarding him with lightning!

    To make matters more dire for the elven warrior Gilgamesh kept up his onslaught on his left side, so with a sword fight on one side and a lightning bombardment on the other Link had his hands full as one fought Gilgamesh and the other blocked the disk's lightning.

    But having your hands full doesn't mean the weight is heavy as the Hyrulian seemed to be doing both task with relative ease, even when using both hands Gilgamesh still couldn't even scratch Link's defensive maneuvers in swordplay, same case with his offense Gil just barely blocked Link's blows even still thay forced him back a good bit! 

        The Master Shield was effortlessly holding up to the lightning attacks it wasn't even overheating, but this was all just going as Gil planned it to, pulling out another blade from the Gates of Babylon he swung it at Link who like before blocked................ 

    Only to feel a sharp cut on his back, turns out the King of heroes had used his Oriental Dragon Slaying longsword to fool the hero into a false sense of security providing an opening for the unpredictable cut to land, with the Elven knight stunned Gilgamesh put on the hurt with multiple slashes from both swords, gradually wearing the hero down to make his shield drop.

    But Link through all the pain still had a plan forming.

    

    Just as a stab from Durandal almost pierced his chest Link released a flash of holy light from his Master sword blinding the Fate servant then after finding a slight moment of pause in the lightning strikes drew out his mirror shield in place of his regular one reflecting the energy based blasts right back at the disks destroying them!

    The Elven hero also took the time to look ahead at where their motorcycles were going only to spot a very narrow path up ahead barely big enough for two bikes and to complicate matters further it was on a steep ravine leading with a huge drop into the sea below.

Taking full advantage of Gil's blindness Link kicked his bike away causing it to veer off course for the ledge

    Recovering from his blindness just in time to see he was headed for a cliff the Immerser of everything made haste to summon a half pipe from the Gates which he launched off of at just the right angle to appear above Link who having little places to go at such short notice found himself at the edge of the cliff.

    Landing with utmost grace a mere 4 feet away from the Hero of time Gilgamesh waved his hand opening the Gates once again to retrieve a golden polearm which he began to immediately jab at Link with, but as the Wind waker set up his defensive guard a strong feeling of fatigue washed over him.

    Which was weird considering he never normally felt tired but along with that he also had a nagging pain in his back where Gil had slashed him, then it clicked he had been poisoned!

    The Treasure hunter grinned with malicious intent, " Seem you noticed my little concoction taking hold on your nervous system, but I'm afraid that's the least of your troubles, " and with that the king kept up his attack upon the weakened Link who still managed to dodge but with greater difficulty then before.

    Taking a chance Link steered to ride directly on the slope dangerously close to the steep fall underneath, all the while the Trifoce healed him of all his current wounds and the poison running through his veins in the amount of time it took his rival to look down and aim his new laser bazooka at the hero.
    
    Just as the projectile fired at close range three things happened: 1. Link dispelled his bike sending back to hammerspace.    2. The Hero of time jumped clear over Gilgamesh pulling out his twin chain shots.    3. He then attached them to Gil's bike seat and preformed a mid-air spin attack!

    It all happened so quickly for Gil, one moment he saw a blur then the next he was buzz-sawing through the side of a mountain along with his bike that was getting thrashed badly, Link pressed the attack for a long while until he felt himself start to lose momentum, then with a great heft he threw the bike and rider into the ocean below!

    SPPPLLASSSHHHHH!!

    In a hill sized geyser Gilgamesh disappeared from sight, sinking straight to the murky bottom, knowing the battle was far from done the Hyrulian pulled out his sword while calling to Fi.

    Fi scanned the area, " The king of debauchery is certainly alive although still sinki- , wait.... Link he's raising up too fast to be swimming and there's something else too, watch out he's inside it,"!

    Now on high alert Link readied himself for what was to come only to be greeted with submarine breaching the waters surface fully armed and if what Fi said was true really fast.

    Out on the deck stood a bruised, battered, and somewhat irritated but otherwise very much alive Fate, " You knew that pathetic move wouldn't kill me smart, I guess you are a step above the other wanna be heroes out there now-a-days, one that deserves to go out with a bang,"! 

    Giving the command to his auto-matted submarine Gil launched several shells at Link who pulled out his shield braced for impact.    

    All the shells hit him dead on but with the catch of releasing deadly neurotoxins as well flooding the narrow path both fought at with unbreathable hazards, getting out his lens the Immerser checked the area thoroughly eventually finding Link's body laid out on the ground and not breathing.

    Smiling that the job was finally over now Gil decided that he could at least take care of gas starting to spread to far out, he couldn't have fun in a dead world, so taking out his Enki swords he attached them to each other forming a longbow which he charged up and fired at the Cliffside.

    SSPPPPPPLLLLSSHHH!!

    In a matter of seaconds a city wide lake flooded over to the already existing sea covering half the current area in water, washing away Link's body as it flowed out, a bit woozy from having given so much energy to this brawl and that weapon Gil turned to leave and rest.



    The king only took about 5 steps when a fire arrow found it's home in his shoulder just below the plate, looking up he saw nothing but he did notice a splash sound to his right, diving back down Gil went into his sub to mend his wounds while it did all the work.

    Under the water was Link who using one of his mask turned into a Zora, forming a plan the Hero of Hyrule quickly raising to the surface the hero pulled out a certain explosive rod.....

    Gilgamesh grimaced as he swept the ocean floor for the elf to no avail, " Damn it! Where could he have gone it's not like he swam way like some fish,"!
 
    As the king drank a drought of his master seals while making it so that Fate favored him the most for the remainder of this battle, suddenly his radars detected something coming from above, a LOT of something!

    Purple squares of energy were falling upon the submarine surrounding it in little time, figuring they were likely explosives the King of heroes sought to avoid them all together which would have worked, had a certain boomerang fin blade not intervened by striking the expertly made chain of cubes.


    BBBBBBBBLLLLOOOOOMMMMMMM!!!

    Similar to a domino effect all the surrounding makeshift mines went off at point plank range of Gil's submarine rupturing it to the point of no return, seeing the damage Gil used the Gates of Babylon to retrieve a water breathing device and specialized swimming gear before heading out to the open ocean.

    Gliding through the water with relative ease the king watched as his sub crumbled apart while sinking to the bottom of the sea, ignoring that Gil headed for the surface only to stopped by a solid kick from a transformed Link to the chest, fatefully the strike didn't rupture his sleek suit.

    Regaining his bearings quickly Gil pulled out a plasma torch and started to spray down super heated blasts at Zora Link who casually out swam all of the spewed energy, however it became apparent that the water all around Gil was heating up extremely high noted with the massive heat bubbles coming up around him.

    Starting to feel the heat of the weapon he had used in a rage Gilgamesh stopped once he started sweating in his own suit at the same time he opened the Kings law gate above Zora Link who swam outside of the heated bubbles the King created, smiling to himself for his plan working Gil then opened the Gates of Babylon behind the hero dropping an ice grenade behind him.

    HHHHHHIIIIIIISSSSSSSSS!!!!!!

    The instant it came out Link was frozen in a small glacier that floated to the surface of the now larger ocean, kept safe inside his plasma bubble shield Gil then summoned yet another vessel in his crusade....................

    A few had called Link a stiff before but this was just to ironic, deciding it was time to break free of his icy prison the elf simply flexed his muscles harder shattering the ice berg into bits from the force alone, taking off his Zora mask in exchange for the hover boots, to provid him with the necessary time to locate the Immerser of everything's whereabouts.

    It didn't take long though for the knight to hear strange whirring sounds above him, turning up his head Link gazed upon a high tech looking airship and at the helm standing tall was Gilgamesh himself.

    The king of Babylon grinned widely, " You truly are a talented opponent few cause me to go this far, I applaud you mong- I mean Link, but this battle is now demonstrably in my favor as you can see, I am however willing to accept your surrender boy, you've proven a capable lackey,".

    Paying no mind to the offer Link did know he was right and looked for land luckily finding an island off to the side a few miles away, confidently the Elven warrior pulled off his boots and fell back first into the sea with a plan in mind..............

    After waiting a full 30 sec for a response Gilgamesh deduced that Link Was still willing to fight; admirable. Foolish. But admirable.

    Before he could engage through a giant fist shot out from beneath the waves almost knocking his ship out of the air had he not side weaved the attack by a hair, gawking at the sight that sprouted from the seas depths he almost fainted from sheer surprise as he boor witness to a kaiju sized Link!

    Hefting up his now sky scraper sized Sword and shield Link fixed his face with a cocky grin challenging the king to a another round.

    Feeling both incredibly annoyed yet also amazed at Link's willpower and resolve to win Gilgamesh readied his ship's weaponry while pulling out a certain horn from the Gates of Babylon, " At least your no coward that's for certain, but let's see who fate favors more after we invite a third party,".    With that Gil blew a great breath into the horn....................


        At first there was nothing, but Link still remained weary......

            Then a deep rumble shock the sea floor the Hero of time stood on.........

    Knowing what was to come Link just hoped his plan would take effect post haste.
